We have compiled a list of answers to some Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ's), concerning our policies on ordering and shipping. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us at info@laughinglizards.com.

Orders
Most orders received before 10:00AM PST go out within 1-2 business days after being received. All orders are processed in the order they are received, with the exception of UPS orders, which receive priority.

Shipping & Handling
Shipping/Handling costs include the costs of filling and shipping your order - polybags, envelopes, instructions, invoices, etc., as well as the labor cost to fill your order. We ship using USPS and UPS. If you need your order by a certain deadline, please choose UPS. Please remember that UPS cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. If you must ship to a P.O. Box, you must choose to ship your purchase via USPS or your order may be delayed.

If your domestic USPS shipping charges exceed $2.75, please select "International" which is a flat rate of $2.75.

Shipping options are as follows:
US Postal Service: $1.50 for the first item, $0.05 for each additional item.
UPS Ground: $9.25 (excluding AK, HI & INTERNATIONAL)
UPS 3-Day Select: $16.95 (excluding AK, HI & INTERNATIONAL)
UPS Second Day: $19.95 (excluding INTERNATIONAL)
USP Overnight:
International:       
$36.95 (excluding INTERNATIONAL)
$2.75 (U.S. Postal Service only. Rate is good for up to 30 medium size appliques.)

Shipping to a Different Address
In order to ship to a different address (other than your billing address), you must open a User Account. A User Account will allow you to specify as many as 6 different shipping addresses, as well as retain your order history in your account.

International Orders
We currently offer international shipping to a limited number of countries and are working diligently to add additional countries. All International orders are shipped via United States Postal Service. If you wish us to ship internationally, please choose the International Shipping Rate of $2.85 (for orders of up to 25 appliques) or it may result in shipping delays. If your order is larger than 25 appliques, please email us for your alternate shipping options.

Payment
We accept all major credit cards (including AMEX and Discover) and PayPal. You are also welcome to pay by check/M.O. payable to:

Sales Tax
California residents are required to pay 8.25% sales tax (our shopping cart will add this automatically). There is no sales tax for shipments outside the state of California.

Returns
Retail customers are responsible for all returns and shipping charges. All returns must be shipped registered and insured mail with signature required. Merchandise returns must be received in our warehouse within 10 days of receipt. You must contact us via email within 48 hours of receipt of your items to receive a return authorization (RGA) number. We appreciate your understanding.
- All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee (excluding damaged items).

Returning Damaged Merchandise
All items are checked before shipping to insure quality. If you receive a damaged item, you must contact us via email within 48 hours of receipt of item to verify damage and receive a return authorization (RGA) number. Damaged goods will be replaced and reshipped at no cost to you. Any merchandise returned without approval will not be accepted by our warehouse and returned to sender.

Cancellations
Any orders placed online or by phone and shipped will be subject to a 15% cancellation fee (of the total order including shipping). If you have any questions when ordering, please feel free to email us.

Store Credit
You may use your credit to purchase merchandise of equal value or towards merchandise of greater value. At this time, all store credits must be redeemed by phone.

Privacy Policy
We value your privacy and guarantee that all personal information will be kept confidential and never given or sold to third parties without your permission.
