Tan Red Hat Lady in a large broad brimmed red hat with small white polka dots and a matching off-the-shoulder fringe top. Hat is decorated with a white band and bow with large scattered red polka dots. Gold hoop earrings are embroidered from shimmering metallic gold thread.
