Our address listed: 17130 Van Buren Blvd, Riverside CA, is a ‘Send N Receive’ Mail and Gift Store on Washington and Van Buren Blvd in the Tuesday Morning strip mall that has a small kiosk with a sampling of our patches for sale. Due to overwhelming overhead costs and us wanting to keep our prices the lowest possible for our customers, we do not have a typical physical retail store location. If you are interested in a few of our designs and want to see them in person, feel free to send us an email ahead with the item numbers (click on the picture of the item and look for the SKU number under the Add To Cart button. It will start with an S.) We will email you when they are at the store and you are welcome to review the products in person and purchase there or not. You will not pay shipping when purchasing at Send N Receive, but the cost will cover markup that we pay the store to keep the product there and Riverside sale taxes, so be prepared to pay a little more than you see on the site. (…But, it is still cheaper than shipping.)
We are a very small family operation, so we do miss calls if we are out in the warehouse pulling and shipping orders or rushing a customers order to the post office or FedEx store and we apologize for this ahead! The best time to reach an actual ‘human being’ is probably late afternoons 1:30pm-4:30pm California time, as it calms down a lot after morning rush and lunch time. 🙂

MAILING A CHECK/PAYMENT:
If you would like to make a manual order, we can email or mail you an order form to print/fill out and mail in. Your order will ship as soon as your payment clears. We accept checks as a method of payment. Please make checks payable to Laughing Lizards and mail to address indicated below.
If you order contains only small items under 5.5 inches, please add $1.50 for Standard Small Mail (non-traceable and no eta), any order with items over 6 inches in size, will need to add $2.99 for Standard Large Mail (non-traceable and no eta), or $7.25 for Priority Mail with tracking #. If you require another shipping method, please contact us ahead.
